Compensation: $40,000 to $60,000 Annually

• Foreman/ Crew Leader

General Job Description:

The Landscape Install Foreman oversees landscape install projects. They manage the creation of hardscapes, plantings and irrigation install. They lead and supervise a landscape install crew.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years landscape install experience in commercial and residential installs
• 1-2 years’ experience running a crew in the field
• Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and willingness to drive
• Ability to drive and back up a 16’ trailer
• Experience with MTs and Skids – ability to run, load and transport

Duties, Responsibilities and Other Requirements:

• Technologically adept
• Ability to work well with, train, and lead others
• Reliable
• Attention to detail, will be responsible for ensuring tasks are done correctly
• Ability to run job efficiently and effectively
• Ability to work 8+ hour days M-F and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively daily
• Attend safety trainings and ensure crew is respecting safety guidelines daily
• Bilingual in Spanish
